I love Apple products. They are stylish, feature packed, always cool and affordable. The iPhone is an incredible phone. It is what many have promised before and could not come close to delivering. I am a realtor and I rely on my email, phone and fax. I have a blackberry pearl which does email and phonecalls great. The formfactor is very nice… but it is nothing compared to the iPhone.

Unfotunately, I am with T Mobile. I have a great plan that I can not even come close to with At&t. If I switched it would cost me $200-300 more a month based on my usage.

I know of at least a dozen of my friends that would have been in line if Apple would not have signed some exclusive deal to allow At&t to buy the rights to be exclusive. It must have been a boat load of money to isolate so many people. To ask people to change to a new provider because of some agreement is a dumb move. I have been with my service provider for 4 years am very happy.

It seems I will just wait until someone like DVDJohn figures out how to unlock these things until I can use my existing service with the iPhone.

I would like to also like to start a makeshift petition for apple to reconsider their position and release an UNLOCKED iPhone- even at a higher price, to all of us willing to pay a premium NOW to get an iphone.

I bet that would bring the stock price back up. For now, I will just have to continue selling Zionsville Real Estate with my good old blackberry!
