Deer Ridge is located in Eagle Township on the western edge of Zionsville. The easiest way to get there would be to go west of Oak Street (St Rd 334) to Co Rd 950 E (also known as Sheets Road) turn north (left) and it wisll be found on the westside of the road.
Developed by Carter Properties in the early 1990’s. The lots were purchased by individuals or builders which explains the difference in style and size of the custom built homes.
