This area was Zionsville first small or zero lot line subdivision. It was also unique in that it deveated from the custom home approach of home building found in Zionsville up until this point in time.

The homes were built by a single builder using the model home approach in the 1990’s. It is common to find multistoried homes, but a single story model was available and they are skattered throughout the area.

This subdivision is easily accessible to the amenities of the town and is located in the heart of the village just off of Ford Road and Oak Street.
