The streets in Cedar Bend are Barth Drive, Lakewood Drive, Wildwood Drive, Lakewood Circle.

This subdivision began to be developed as a Eagle Township subdivision in the 1970’s. The area is located in the north central part of town just off of Pleasantview Church Road ( Ct Rd 975E) The lots were developed by individual families and builders until it ran into septic problems and building ceased for many years.

The subdivision remained idle until the early 1990’s when Zionsville annexed the area and provided town water and sewer hook-ups. This began a rebirth in the areas completion.
