This subdivision was deveopled by Carter Properties on what was once a piece of the Wayne Smith farm. The lots were sold to individuals who contracted with a custom builder or purchased by a builder on speculation.

Located on County Road 975 (also known as Pleasantview Church Road) it is located north of the downtown business district of Zionsville. This area is connected to the old section of town by a trail and sidewalk system. There are over fifty homesites located on streets named for the four seasons.
